Rapid transit plan will go before voters this November in Columbus

LinkUS is a collaborative initiative created by five partner agencies: Central Ohio Transit Authority, the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, the City of Columbus, and the Columbus Partnership.
